If that changes, this page changes with it, the affiliate status is a single constant in the code, and the footer sentence on every page is generated from it. There is no arrangement where the sentence and the reality can differ.

Client brands

The publisher of this site runs conversion work for consumer brands. Those brands are listed in the site's own code and are barred from every ranking, article and glossary entry. The build fails if one of their names appears outside a disclosed advertorial. This is enforced rather than promised, because a promise is not checkable by a reader.

Paid placements

A brand can pay for a page here. When one does, that page lives under /advertorial/, carries the word Advertisement and the name of the payer above its first line, carries no editorial byline, and is not linked from any ranking. It is not scored, and paying for it buys no position anywhere else on the site.

As of the current build there are no paid placements on this site. When the first one publishes, it is named here.

Samples

No product on this site was supplied by its brand. Rankings are built from published label facts and public prices rather than from review units, which is also why a brand cannot influence coverage by sending one.

What this site is not

It is not a medical resource and it names no clinician. Pages are reviewed by the editorial team against the method on this site, and that is the only claim made about review.
